Little Sticks is a playful first introduction to lacrosse created especially for our youngest players!

Through simple games, movement, and age-appropriate activities, kids will begin learning the basics of scooping, cradling, passing, and shooting while building coordination, confidence, and comfort with a lacrosse stick.

At this age, fun comes first. Sessions are designed around short activities, lots of movement, plenty of encouragement, and very little standing around.

No experience needed. Equipment is provided.
